Social Action Project

Thanks to funding received from the Walney Trust the young people of KEY are working with Croftside Nursing Home to create a colourful, cheerful garden space for their residents . . . but they need your help. They are building accessible planters; planting plants donated by the Flower Cottage and Woodland Nursery; painting benches in rainbow colours and coving to make moving around safer for those with reduced visibility; creating a wildlife area and lots more.

Refreshments provided, do come dressed for garden /painting etc. and if possible bring your own gloves we do have a few available if needed.
